Service & Repairs

We offer a global service network that is unique in the strapping industry. More than 100 Mosca service technicians and over 30 additional specialists employed by our subsidiaries and partners all over the world ensure that our strapping machines run efficiently.


Service network in UK, Ireland & Northern Europe

Service operations are coordinated centrally from our HUB headquarters in Nottingham, England. Our comprehensive team of Mosca trained engineers covers UK, Ireland, Norway, Finland and Sweden.  Our standard service and after-care working hours are 08:00 to 17:00 (GMT) Monday to Friday.

Quick help in an emergency...

Our engineering network ensures quick response times when needed. If necessary, you can contact our service team outside of normal business hours via our emergency out-of-hours facility, which operates 24 hours per day, 364 days per year and covers evenings, weekends plus Bank and Public Holidays (excludes Christmas day). 

Our UK team can despatch consumable products such as plastic strap, stretch film and strapping machine spare parts and arrange for you to have a telephone consultation with one of our engineers. We can also schedule an engineer to attend your site on a priority basis on the next working day* (*UK only, cannot be guaranteed in Northern Europe).

PDF copies of machine manuals can be supplied as part of the Out-of-Hours facility. Additional charges may apply for this service.

Equipment and Qualifications

Our engineers will arrive at your site prepared and equipped with a pre-defined set of standard replacement parts and all the tools they will need to carry out your service quickly and efficiently.  Our engineers are easily recognised by their navy blue Mosca uniforms that display the Mosca One Service logo.

As a result of Mosca’s rapid technical developments and growing product portfolio, we make sure our engineers receive regular refresher-training and new product training so that their knowledge is up-to date.  This is carried out at the Mosca Germany and Mosca UK training academies.
