Quick Update

Dear Customers and Partners,

In light of Monday’s announcement from our Government, the safety of our staff, customers and suppliers and their families continues to be of paramount importance. We have taken the decision to reduce manning at our main Nottingham office and warehouse to Monday and Thursday for the next 3 weeks. This situation will be reviewed again on the 14th April 2020. 

All our office staff, with a small exception, are now working from home and are contactable on the usual telephone numbers and email.

Our most popular strap products will continue to be despatched daily from stocks we hold off site.

Less frequently ordered strap products, stretch film and spare parts will only be despatched on Mondays and Thursdays unless it is an absolute emergency i.e. production stoppage.

All of our Business Development Managers and our Technical Managers are also working from home and are contactable in the usual way.

All visits by our engineers are will be postponed, excluding breakdown calls where our engineers will continue to attend site in line with a “pre visit risk assessment” having been carried out.

We find ourselves in a dynamic situation that changes daily. While the above action working methods will be in place for the next 3 weeks, please do check our website regularly for updates, we will also continue to keep you informed.
