Junior Customer Service Specialist HUB
Tasks:
- Customer order processing – from order to invoice
- Contacting our German plants regarding orders
- Administration of customer service related tasks like: currier, transport, post office, etc.
- Handling incoming invoices and assisting to get all documents from filed working employees (technician, salesman)
- Cooperation with MOSCA international team to meet client expectations
- Ordering office supply
- Executing other, general administrative ad-hoc tasks
Position Requirements:
- Fluent English (both written and spoken) as a must
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field
- Strong attention to details
- Punctual, reliable and systematic personality
- Communication, and positive “can do“ attitude
- Quick learner with nice manner
