Junior Customer Service Specialist HUB

Tasks:

  • Customer order processing – from order to invoice
  • Contacting our German plants regarding orders
  • Administration of customer service related tasks like: currier, transport, post office, etc.
  • Handling incoming invoices and assisting to get all documents from filed working employees (technician, salesman)
  • Cooperation with MOSCA international team to meet client expectations
  • Ordering office supply
  • Executing other, general administrative ad-hoc tasks

Position Requirements:

  • Fluent English (both written and spoken) as a must
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field
  • Strong attention to details
  • Punctual, reliable and systematic personality
  • Communication, and positive “can do“ attitude
  • Quick learner with nice manner
