Mosca Strapping Solutions for the Processing and Packaging Industry at ProPak Asia 2019

ProPak Asia is one of the leading trade shows for packaging and logistic applications in the region. Last year’s event attracted almost 50,000 visitors and around 1,500 participants. As part of the Singapore Pavilion, Mosca Asia will be exhibiting strapping machines as well as consumables at stand BD20 in Hall 101.

We will be showcasing our EVOLUTION SoniXs MS-6, the RO-M Fusion and a model of the SoniXs ultrasonic sealing head at BITEC, Bangkok. The versatile EVOLUTION SoniXs MS-6 can be used both in manual and, thanks to the available interfaces, fully-automated operations and easily be integrated into existing production lines. With the SoniXs sealing unit mounted laterally, it is particularly suited for strapping heavy products or items transported closely to the ground. Thus, the MS-6 is the ideal choice for products such as washing machines, refrigerators, air conditioning systems or furniture. Machine downtime of the MS-6 can be reduced significantly with the optional dual strap dispenser for fully automatic strap changes.

The RO-M Fusion model with a frame size of 1250 x 600 mm is the perfect choice if products of very different sizes need to be strapped. Moreover, handling is easy, and the Fusion can be operated from both sides. Additionally, it can be set into super soft strapping mode in order to secure even sensitive products optimally for transport. Its proven and trusted Standard 3 Sealer features Mosca's temperature-controlled heat-sealing technology.This in-house designed control unit automatically adjusts to external conditions, guaranteeing consistent welding results.
