Mosca Asia at INDOPACK 2018 in Jakarta

At this year’s 10th edition of the Indonesian International Packaging Exhibition, Mosca Asia will be showcasing the fully automatic strapping machine EVOLUTION MP-6 R. As a universal packaging solution, the MP-6 R reliably straps cut-size paper, plastic totes or carton boxes and can be integrated into existing production lines. SoniXs ultrasonic sealing is the factory configuration in the Standard 6 unit, however, traditional heat sealing is available on request. When dealing with varying product heights, the optional package height detection automatically adjusts strap tension accordingly.  
The MP-6 R is used with polypropylene (PP) strap in widths between 5 and 12 mm. Running costs are reduced when selecting the economical 5 mm narrow strap width which still ensures a strong and reliable sealing weld.
