For current delivery times, bridge days and special stipulations, please refer to the imprint on the order form.

The goods receiving point is indicated on every order.
Goods may only be delivered to the unloading point indicated on the order.

Deliveries made outside of the designated delivery times cannot be accepted, unless a special agreement has been made.

We reserve the right to refuse delivery, particularly if the max. permissible vehicle height is exceeded. We can only accept solo vehicles with a max. height of 3.90 meter, capable of being unloaded from above using a crane.

Due to current circumstances, we wish to remind you and your contracted shippers of the applicable regulations on personal protective equipment. When making a delivery, drivers must bring the following PPE with them and wear it if instructed by Mosca employees: safety boots (must be worn outside the vehicle), hard hat, gloves.

Silo transports and big bag deliveries of plastic granules to the Muckental factory must be in compliance with the special provisions regarding proper transport and proper load securing practices.

We decline to accept goods in case of obvious infringement on the provisions set forth in Item 6.2.2.6 of the Supplier Manual for Plastics Processing: “Special packaging guidelines - Muckental “

The pallets with the big bags must be positioned in the vehicle a way that allows them to be unloaded using a ramp from the back of the vehicle!

Silo deliveries

For PET/PP delivery, the supplier must use their own approved hoses.
