With our standardized ONE Service maintenance concept, we offer high-quality maintenance and comprehensive service - and not just in the event of a breakdown. We work closely with you to offer maintenance services that not only extend the service life of Mosca in your business, but also optimally match your needs and work processes. At the same time, our focus is on providing the same high standards of service quality worldwide. Since the beginning of 2018, we have not only been working with the same sets of maintenance parts, service descriptions and checklists, but our service management system also provides us with information on the condition of the machine and which services a customer has already received across all countries.

In addition to the maintenance kits, spare parts kits have recently been added to the standardized ONE Service concept. With the expertise of our service technicians, the basic spare parts for each machine type and all standard units have been compiled in a set that is stored ready to hand for each machine. Minor faults can therefore be rectified immediately and the productivity of the machines and systems in operation can be maintained at a high level.
