SoniXs TRC-6
STRAPPING MACHINE FOR WIDE CORRUGATED CARDBOARD PRODUCTS
The fully automatic TRC-6 was specially designed for corrugated board and paper applications. Thanks to its particularly wide frame, the machine can process products with a width of up to 2,600 millimetres. An optional side pusher and a package stop also enable precise product alignment on five sides. The strapping machine works with a SoniXs for high availability and throughput. An optional double dispenser further increases the machine's availability: when a coil of strapping is empty, it automatically switches to the next one and the empty coil can be replaced during operation.
The TRC-6 can be integrated directly into production lines thanks to potential-free contacts. Elements such as an optional double unwinder ensure that the machine can keep up with the high speeds of the corrugated board industry without downtime.
