FULLY AUTOMATIC STRAPPING MACHINE FOR NETWORKED APPLICATIONS

As an all-rounder, the TR-Connect is suitable for fully automatic applications of varying complexity. Users can call up all performance-related machine key figures such as availability, quality and performance at any time via the WebHMI integrated as standard. Machine settings can also be viewed and adjusted. For frequently processed products, users can use storable product recipes to define optimal, package-dependent machine settings. The TR-Connect also offers the option of changing product recipes fully automatically using light barriers or interface signals.

The Mosca is suitable for advanced digital applications, allowing users to check the machines via mobile devices regardless of time and location. An open OPC UA interface enables the SoniXs TR-Connect to communicate with a wide range of machines and systems.
