FASTEST FULLY AUTOMATIC HORIZONTAL STRAPPING MACHINE ON THE MARKET
With an output of up to 280 double strapped packages per hour, the SoniXs MS-6 H is ideal for high throughput volumes. The strapping frame moves vertically and can strap products at a minimum height of 100 millimetres above the floor or conveyor system, as well as large and bulky products, safely and variably. The frame also moves horizontally so that products do not have to be optimally aligned with the reference edge in order to be strapped precisely and with high sealing tension.
An automatic, optional double dispenser also reduces downtime when changing consumables. This means that the machine can be operated for an entire production shift without interruption. The use of the SoniXs with ultrasonic technology further increases the efficiency and sustainability of the strapping.
