FULLY AUTOMATIC PALLET PACKING PRESS FOR SECURING TRANSPORTED GOODS
Pallet pack presses strap all kinds of palletized goods—whether print media, food, or corrugated cardboard. With a pressing force of 30,000 N or 50,000 N, they compact packages before strapping, preventing the strapping band from loosening during transport. Two to four band guide tongues ensure optimum load securing and productivity. The overhead, weight-reduced SoniXs also simplifies maintenance work: quick-release fasteners allow the unit (32 kg) to be easily removed and replaced once the work is complete.
For more demanding requirements, the pallet packing presses are available with a high-speed drive. This optional package increases the pressing pressure to 33,000 N or 55,000 N and boosts the cycle output. Two independent braking systems ensure optimum safety.
