FULLY AUTOMATIC INLINE CORRUGATED CARDBOARD STRAPPING MACHINE
The MCB-2 and MCB-2 XT inline strapping machines gently MCB-2 XT stacks of cartons along the corrugated flutes. A 5-sided electromechanical product alignment system optimally aligns the packages.
To ensure virtually uninterrupted production, both versions of the machine can be equipped with the BSG 2 automatic strap welding device to weld the end of the strap to a new roll. An optional Lite interface also allows for fully automatic product changeovers without operator intervention. For unstable and large product stacks, the MCB-2 XT enables parallel strapping thanks to its second strapping unit.
