AUTOMATIC PALLET STRAPPING MACHINE WITH INTEGRATED STRETCH WRAPPER FOR SECURING TRANSPORT GOODS
The KZV-111 is a robust and durable packaging system that combines pallet strapping and stretch wrapping. It was specially developed to package smaller pallet quantities securely, easily, and weatherproof. By combining strapping and wrapping in one machine, it replaces longer production lines with multiple individual machines, thus saving valuable space.
Pallets can be securely strapped up to four times and then wrapped differently according to various parameters. The overhead, weight-reducedSoniXs(approx. 30 kg) is secured by quick-release fasteners and can be removed without tools for maintenance purposes. The pallets are strapped optimally between the runners using a mobile tongue.
