KZV-111
FULLY AUTOMATIC PALLET STRAPPING MACHINE FOR SECURING TRANSPORTED GOODS
As a robust and durable strapping machine, the KZV-111 is suitable for palletized packages in all formats and shapes that do not need to be compacted. The top-mounted, weight-reduced SoniXs(32 kg) is secured with quick-release fasteners and can be removed without tools for maintenance purposes.
As an option, the KZV-111 can also be equipped with the BSG 4 belt welding unit. The BSG 4 welds the end of the belt to a new roll. This reduces downtime for changing consumables and minimizes material waste. Sensitive products can also be secured with the optional edge protection: positioned quickly, precisely and from above, the protection prevents the belt from being cut.
