Your products shipped to customers need to be secured for transport and protected against moisture, dust or other external influences. Stretch wrapping is the ideal solution to ensure product protection for sensitive goods. Your products are wrapped in a thin layer of film and are thus protected from damage caused by external influences. If, for example, sharp-edged or bulky products need to be secured for transportation, the stretch film adapts flexibly to the product. Several layers of film are placed around the product, creating a solid bond between the products and the pallet and ensuring the necessary stability for transportation. The fully automatic ring wrappers enable a high pallet throughput of up to 160 pallets per hour. These maximum outputs are particularly important in fully automatic lines. This is also the advantage over semi-automatic stretch wrapping machines, which cannot cover such a high output.
Stretch wrapping offers even more potential when it is combined with strapping. While palletised products are secured for transport with straps, applying an additional layer of stretch film protects them against rain, dust, dirt or other external influences.
