Our strapping machines for the entry-level range
Entry area
Our entry-level models are particularly suitable for companies that do not want to strap their goods so frequently, but still want to do so extremely reliably. The compact machines are ideal for strapping smaller packages and stacks, as is often the case with wholesalers or mail order companies. Thanks to their space-saving design, they can be used in the tightest of spaces. If required, they can be operated from two sides thanks to the rotating control panel, eliminating time-consuming waiting times. Strapping is triggered by a foot pedal or via the control panel.
Advanced entry level
Our fully automatic strapping machines from the SoniXs MP series have proven themselves in the advanced entry-level range for years in use around the world. They are stable, work reliably, are easy to handle and can be integrated into automated production lines without any problems. Thanks to the standard 6 version of the top unit and the modular design, they set the standard for fully automated strapping tools in the entry-level range. They stand for high strapping performance, flexibility in strap widths, automated strap tension settings and a wide range of options. The machines in the SoniXs MP series can be used universally in all areas where a wide variety of products need to be strapped quickly and reliably.
RO-M Fusion
The RO-M Fusion automatic hot-wedge strapping machine represents Mosca entry-level models. It is available in three different frame sizes and straps up to 55 packages per minute. The super-soft strap setting offers protection for particularly sensitive products. The uncomplicated bobbin changing and threading system makes operation easy. With the optional E-package, strapping can be triggered by a light sensor in the table plate.
SoniXs MP-6 models
Our SoniXs MP-6 models can be easily integrated into automated production lines. Both the "belt" version SoniXs MP-6 B and the "roller" model SoniXs MP-6 R are available in three different frame sizes. Depending on the conveying speed and product size, outputs of up to 35 parcels per minute are possible. For different load sizes, the optional belt tension adjustment via the package height query pays off.
Our side unit strapping machines: High flexibility for a wide range of applications
Unlike most strapping solutions, the sealing unit in our side-entry machines is located on the side of the machine body. This positioning means that low transported or heavy products such as furniture or "white goods", i.e. household appliances such as fridges, washing machines or dishwashers, can be strapped efficiently and easily. The machines are available as Base and Pro versions in combination with the corresponding conveyor technology, making them suitable for both entry-level and high-end requirements. A top-of-the-range Standard 6 unit, which is supplied with SoniXs as standard, a wide range of frames, an optional flap frame that remains flexible in terms of size, ergonomic strap threading, the latest network functionality and an optional, fully automatic double dispenser make the machines in the SoniXs MS series a versatile top product.
SoniXs MS-6 with conveyor
The SoniXs MS-6 with conveyor technology offers ten different frame sizes and has an optional flap frame, which gives you even more flexibility for your applications. In combination with upstream and downstream conveyor technology, it can be operated fully automatically. If required, it can be optionally equipped with an efficient double dispenser: The fully automatic belt change offers production processes a decisive advantage in terms of machine availability.
The food industry requires high-performance packaging solutions that work reliably even under the most adverse environmental conditions. Our three stainless steel strapping machines in the VA model series meet these requirements: their corrosion-resistant components have been specially developed for the cold, damp environment of the food industry. This is ensured by the use of high-quality stainless steel and aluminum materials. The machines have a sealed, splash-proof control cabinet and a control panel in which all cables are wired in sealed terminal boxes:
- The automatic tabletop model SoniXs MP-6 T as an entry-level machine that can be operated from both sides thanks to the rotating control panel.
- The fully automatic SoniXs MP-6 R with robust roller conveyor that enables precise product positioning thanks to a ribbed V-belt drive
- The fully automatic SoniXs MS-6 with side-mounted welding unit, which is protected from contamination by falling dirt
