Bundling

Strapping is ideal for combining loose goods that are not packed in a box into a product bundle: from newspapers and magazines to rugged items like wooden planks, metal poles and plastic or aluminum tubes, to cables, sleeves, tiles or stone blocks. Even for large parts that are simply too bulky for cardboard, strapping offers a material-saving, secure alternative to secondary packaging.

Bundling with an overview

If you bundle by quantity, you will quickly get an overview of the total number of your items. This is because larger units are easier to manage. And even if you also pack the individual bundles in a box for transportation or storage, you have a clear additional benefit: Whole bundles can always be cleared out and further processed more quickly than small individual parts. A look at the production line reveals further advantages: If you combine individual items into larger units - which ideally still have the same dimensions and shapes - they are easier to stack and transport.

The right material for the right purpose

Depending on the type of items you want to bundle, you can choose between PP, PET or paper strapping. PP or paper strapping is suitable for strapping lighter goods, while we recommend PET strapping to secure heavy, robust products for transportation.

Thanks to a special, particularly "soft" strap setting, our machines can also strap gently. This means you can confidently combine even delicate items into a larger unit without damaging surfaces or edges.
