Her start at Mosca under unusual circumstances: during her parental leave in 2007/2008, the company invested heavily in expanding its strapping production and needed strategic support at short notice. During this phase, Simone Mosca took Mosca for the Muckental site. What initially began as a temporary assignment quickly developed into a long-term key role. With her focus on process optimization and profitability, she contributed significantly to the positive development of the site.
Today, Simone Mosca runs the company Mosca with Timo Mosca Alfred Kugler and has a decisive influence on its direction. Her understanding of innovation goes beyond technical developments—for her, innovative strength always means holistic responsibility.
