SIAT and MOSCA are joining forces to offer integrated packaging solutions worldwide

Strategic cooperation agreement brings together two industry leaders in strapping, wrapping, sealing, forming, cartoning, and palletizing—in Europe, North America, and the Asia-Pacific region
The Siat Group, a leading global supplier of packaging machinery, and GroupMosca, the world’s leading manufacturer of strapping systems, announced today the signing of a strategic cooperation agreement to provide customers in the global packaging industry with integrated end-to-end packaging solutions. The agreement creates a powerful, combined offering across the entire packaging line—from strapping and wrapping to sealing, forming, cartoning, and palletizing—and positions both companies as pioneers of the next wave of innovation in industrial packaging.
Under the agreement, each company will gain access to select products from the other’s portfolio, which will be marketed under carefully defined brands in their respective sales territories. Mosca offer its customers in Europe, North America, and select global markets solutions under the SIAT and COMBI brands—including equipment for carton handling, carton erecting, cartoning, palletizing, and wrapping. For its part, SIAT will Mosca its product range to include access to Mosca renowned table-top and pallet strapping systems, as well as fully automatic ring and swing-arm wrapping solutions, all of which will be marketed under the SIAT brand.

The partnership is supported by a joint after-sales strategy, including coordinated spare parts logistics, a shared field service network in Europe and North America, and a jointly developed next-generation remote diagnostics platform. Both companies have also committed to establishing a joint training program covering product knowledge, technical service, and market entry strategies.

The agreement applies to Europe, North America, and the Asia-Pacific region and takes effect immediately. A joint steering committee, composed of executives from both companies, will oversee commercial development, sales strategy, and the ongoing innovation agenda.
The official signing of the agreement took place on May 7 at Interpack—at 1:00 p.m. at the GroupMosca booth and at 3:00 p.m. at the Siat Group booth. Customers, partners, and media representatives were invited to attend the signing ceremonies at both locations.
