Mosca and Reisopack are strengthening their position in the Spanish market with a strategic merger: on January 30, the two companies began their collaboration in the newly founded MoRe Packaging Group S.L. in Barcelona.
From now on, this will act as a holding company for Reisopack S.L. and the Spanish division Mosca Direct S.L., which remain legally independent entities. Reisopack will now formally become a member of the Mosca. Both companies will continue to operate with their respective product ranges in their traditional market segments: Mosca offers a broad portfolio of End-of-Line for industrial applications. Reisopack specializes in applications for agricultural products.
Companies see synergies for the future
Timo Mosca, shareholder of the Mosca, and Oscar Saldaña, Managing Director at Reisopack, expressed their enthusiasm at the signing of the contract. "We are complementing our strengths in order to offer our customers even better solutions and services for their applications," says Timo Mosca. "With the establishment of the holding company, Reisopack will formally become part of the Mosca. This strengthens our position in the market and our ability to offer innovative packaging solutions for specific market segments." Oscar Saldaña adds: "The merger will enable both companies to leverage synergies in the future and thus offer customers added value in their respective market segments."
