GroupMosca is consistently evolving its business model and positioning itself as a provider of integrated End-of-Line solutions. The goal is to make supply chains not only more efficient, but also more transparent, sustainable, resilient, and future-proof. The group offers solutions for all application areas throughout the packaging process—ranging from simple, manual packaging solutions in the value-for-money segment to fully automated, integrated packaging solutions in the high-performance segment.

What began in 1966 with solutions for securing cargo during transport has evolved into a comprehensive End-of-Line . Drawing on in-depth industry and application expertise, GroupMosca now combines machines, materials, digital applications, and services into an integrated system. This fundamentally shifts the company’s role from that of a supplier of individual components to a partner that takes a holistic approach to End-of-Line, providing consulting, management, and optimization.

The building blocks for integrated End-of-Line- End-of-Line

The implementation of efficient End-of-Line relies heavily on the use of high-performance packaging machines, which ensure stable, efficient, and scalable processes through integrated automation solutions. These include strapping machines and stretch wrapping machines. The focus is always on the customer’s needs and solutions tailored specifically to them.

Mosca also Mosca and markets innovative consumables, such as strapping, with a focus on the future and sustainability. Materials such as PCR (post-consumer recycled content) play a key role in this regard. The result is high-performance solutions that reliably meet regulatory requirements.

To validate these processes, TechCenter are tested and analyzed under real-world conditions at TechCenter company’s in-house TechCenter . This provides a solid foundation for enhancing transport safety, reducing material usage, and precisely meeting regulatory requirements. These processes are digitally documented via the Digital Load Pass, which automatically records the stability, packaging parameters, and sustainability data of each loading unit and makes this information available for audits and ESG reporting.

This integrated system is complemented by a comprehensive service offering, in which qualified specialists ensure the smooth operation and long-term performance of the machines through maintenance contracts. Under the ONE Service concept, Mosca’s service technicians ONE Service more than simply ONE Service the components of a standardized maintenance plan. Information on machines and maintenance intervals is fed into a centralized system across national borders, enabling the service life of the machines to be significantly extended through close collaboration.

Strategic Development

The portfolio was also specifically expanded through two strategic additions to address the ongoing digitalization in the B2B sector. With the launch of the online platform Packpart in 2024, the company added a “digital-first” retailer to its offerings. This platform provides vendor-neutral packaging solutions and personalized consulting, thereby meeting the demand for flexible, digital procurement channels.

At the same time, OON was founded in 2025. The company specializes in developing digital solutions for industry, with a focus on optimizing marketing and sales funnel structures to strengthen digital customer engagement in the B2B sector.

Vision: Smart and connected supply chains

For GroupMosca, supply chains are more than just logistics processes. They are the foundation of economic stability, security of supply, and sustainable development. With this in mind, the company is pursuing a clear strategic direction: to transform supply chains into intelligent, connected, and responsible systems. GroupMosca views supply chains as the lifelines of industry. This vision is encapsulated in its transformative mission statement: "Transforming supply chains into intelligent lifelines."

As a result, Mosca machines have become increasingly “smart” in recent years. The Connect models feature a digital Human Machine Interface (HMI). Itprovidesmanufacturer- and platform-independent process data visualization based on modern web technologies and offers the operator a modern display of the most important process and status information for a Mosca.

Outlook

With this strategic realignment, GroupMosca is systematically positioning itself to meet future challenges—particularly in light of increasing regulatory requirements, sustainability goals, and the growing complexity of global supply chains.GroupMosca’s comprehensive portfoliothus offers customers a high level of expertise for future-proof end-of-line solutions in the packaging industry.
