One face shone particularly brightly at this year's best exam ceremony at the Rhine-Neckar Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Mannheim: Luisa Schubert, a former trainee at Mosca GmbH in Waldbrunn. She achieved the highest score in the entire Rhine-Neckar district and was duly honored for her graduation.

The 19-year-old impressed the examination board with her outstanding performance as an industrial clerk. A success that not only fills her with pride, but also her company. Luisa is the second Mosca to earn this award. Last year, Eileen Dank received the same award. Now the company can also congratulate Luisa Schubert on this award.

Mosca celebrates its young talent

Mosca was delighted when her former trainee was honored. Dirk Brislinger, Head of Vocational Training, Robin Schoelch, HR Business Partner, and Luisa's future supervisor Isabelle Geisler presented the young woman with a bouquet of flowers and certificates. "We are incredibly proud of Luisa. Her success is confirmation of the quality of our training and shows the potential of our young people," said Brislinger enthusiastically.

The mechanical engineering company from the Odenwald is particularly pleased that Luisa Schubert will continue to enrich Mosca with her knowledge and energy. She has already taken up her position as an employee in the Inside Sales & Operations department. With a training quota of around 12 percent, Mosca invests specifically in its own young talent. An apprenticeship at Mosca is more than just gaining a vocational qualification - it is the start of a successful professional future.
