WebHMI in SoniXs TR-Connect, SoniXs TRI-Connect, SoniXs M-RI (new generation machines)
The digital Human Machine Interface (HMI) offers a manufacturer- and platform-independent process data visualization based on modern web technologies. It provides the operator with a modern display of the most important process and status information of a Mosca machine. In addition, necessary machine settings can be configured via the WebHMI for adaptation to customer products.
The user-friendly interface enables quick and easy access to all relevant machine data and thus promotes convenient interaction with the machine.
The functional scope of the WebHMI includes, among other things:
Machine jams
Current operating mode and operating status
Alarm information
Real-time alarm messages
Operating settings
Current settings and recipe management
Key figures
Meter readings and relevant metrics
Service and test functions
Maintenance and diagnostics options
Access to WebHMI
Access to the WebHMI is guaranteed via two connection options: Via a wired Ethernet connection (LAN) as standard and optionally via wireless network technology (WLAN).
The optional WLAN connection enables flexible access to the WebHMI with all browser-enabled end devices. This means that the machine can be operated using a smartphone or tablet, for example, and important key performance indicators can be viewed.
