Machine class concept
In a class of its own: the right machine for every need
Strapping has many facets - this is also reflected in our product range: Our machine portfolio ranges from universal devices with a wide range of applications to fully automatic high-performance machines that you can integrate into any higher-level automation line as required.
Depending on your industry, your products and the required performance, you will find semi-automatic, automatic or fully automatic machine models. All variants have one thing in common: the same high Mosca, which guarantees you high-quality strapping results and optimum availability.

Three classes - always the best quality
We divide our products into machine classes I, II and III - all models are CE-compliant ex works.
In each class, the degree of automation increases on the one hand, and the technical functionalities and performance of the individual machine increase on the other.
The products of machine class I as entry-level models are primarily aimed at users who generally strap less frequently, but who are dependent on high availability when they need the machine.
Products of machine class II can be automatic or fully automatic machines and are tailored to the needs of users who regularly strap and count on fast, reliable processes.
The machine class III consists exclusively of high-end models that operate fully automatically at peak performance and already meet the requirements of Industry 4.0. They are fully network-compatible and can be controlled from a computer or mobile device, regardless of location, which makes online remote maintenance from Waldbrunn possible. The machine status can also be read out with just a few clicks, and software updates are also available via the network.

Unique technology, more efficiency
In machine classes II and III, our machines work with Mosca SoniXs as standard, which is unique in the strapping industry. SoniXs require no warm-up time and therefore work particularly efficiently: the SoniXs unit only requires energy when the strap ends are welded together via the high-frequency oscillation. The low working temperature means that no fusion residue is produced, which is why SoniXs is particularly low-emission, reliable and sustainable. Cooling under joining pressure makes the closure extremely resilient.
Evolution in strapping - a new generation of machines
Our customers from machine class II upwards can benefit from our modular design principle and the standardized standard 6 belt path. The standard 6 belt path can be dismantled without tools and reassembled just as easily in just a few steps. This greatly simplifies machine maintenance, including servicing and cleaning work.
