Mosca’s NEW Customer Experience Centre is open and ready for business

The Customer Experience Centre has been created in response to customer requests and the company’s impressive year-on-year success since it was established in 2000.  The second phase of development integrates the existing Mosca UK Training Academy (opened in 2017) and the business’ high-quality boardroom facilities, for centralised customer meetings

Mosca’s Customer Experience Centre has a high-tech showroom area, which features demonstration machines allowing customers to see advanced strapping technology like the SoniXs sealing head up close and in operation whilst they try out their own products for size.  Also incorporated into the Customer Experience Centre is the Mosca UK Training Academy, which consists of dedicated classroom and workshop areas, also home to several pieces of important training equipment.  The training machines - a SoniXs standard strapway 6 test rig and head, a KSR test rig and head, SoniXs test rig and head - have all been specially commissioned to be free from machine housing, allowing working mechanisms to be visible and accessible when delivering the training courses

Throughout the year, Mosca will also have different machine models situated in the showroom area allowing customers to see machines that are specific to their industry. Customers are welcome to bring along their own products, test the various strap tensions and see the various pack sizes that can be accommodated.
