Mosca Shanghai at CeMAT ASIA 2018

As part of the German Pavilion in Hall W3 at Booth B2-3, Mosca Direct Shanghai will be exhibiting at one of Asia’s leading international trade fairs focusing on materials handling and logistics technologies.

Flexibility is essential in modern intralogistics: Companies must quickly adapt their processes to changing parameters, such as different product and batch sizes.  A large number of Mosca strapping machines are suitable for i4.0 applications by detecting pre-defined package sizes and automatically adjusting strap tension as well as other parameters. 

At this year's CeMAT, taking place from 6th to 9th November at Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC), Mosca Direct (Shanghai) will be showcasing a compact high-end machine for the most demanding requirements: the EVOLUTION SoniXs MS-6.

It is the first side-seal strapping machine equipped with our patented SoniXs ultrasonic sealing technology specifically designed for white goods, like washing machines and dishwashers, appliances and furniture. With the SoniXs sealing unit mounted laterally, it is particularly suited for strapping heavy products or items transported closely to the ground. Also, the SoniXs MS-6 can be integrated flexibly into fully automatic production lines. When combined with Mosca’s optional intelligent conveying technology, the MS-6 machine offers a variety of smart conveying possibilities. Due to its open interface and associated networking capabilities the side-seal machine adapts to different defined product dimensions of incoming parcels fully automatically and adjusts strap tension accordingly. 

In the event of a malfunction, Mosca technicians can connect to the machine via remote control, diagnose problems and install new software. This significantly reduces potential downtime – a real advantage in the logistics sector where speed is of utmost importance.
