Mosca Asia Thailand at CCE South East Asia in Bangkok

At this year's edition of CCE South East Asia, we will be presenting Mosca's diverse strapping machine portfolio for the corrugated and folding carton industries. In Hall EH106, booth 210, Mosca Asia will be exhibiting strapping machinery for different levels of automation as well as different applications:

The fully automatic EVOLUTION SoniXs TRC-6 Q features integrated bundle squaring which enables precise, five-sided alignment of products for strapping. With a focus on efficiency and maximum availability, the TRC-6 Q is specifically designed for the corrugated industry. The optional double strap dispenser allows strap coil changes without interruption and consequently without halting production - saving 80 percent of the time required for a traditional coil change. 

Our EVOLUTION SoniXs MS-6 side seal strapping machine is the ideal entry-level solution for load securing applications. The SoniXs ultrasonic sealing unit is mounted laterally, which enables easy and efficient strapping of heavy products or items transported closely to the ground. When individual corrugated cardboard or carton bundles need to be strapped on a pallet, for instance, the MS-6 is one of many possible solutions. With upstream and downstream conveyor technique, the side seal machine is fully automated and can easily be integrated into existing production lines.

Additionally, we will also exhibit our offline table model RO-M Fusion. This automatic machine can be operated from both sides and, if necessary, can be set into Super Soft Strapping mode to secure sensitive products optimally for transport. It is available in different frame sizes, but the 1250 x 600 mm version is particularly suitable for strapping corrugated cardboard sheets.
