Opening hours during Christmas holidays and new year

During the Christmas holidays and new year, our company will be closed from December 20, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. (CET). We will be available for you again on January 13, 2025 from 7:00 a.m. (CET).

Our Technical Service will be available for you using the mail address techsupport.global@mosca.com on following days:

December 23rd, 2024 from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
December 27th, 2024 from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
December 30th, 2024 from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
January 2nd, 2025 from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
January 3rd, 2025 from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Outside these business hours you will be redirected to our paid hotline.
The Waldbrunn plant will also be closed in the week from 2025-01-06 to 2025-01-12. During this time, please also contact the emergency staff at techsupport.global@mosca.com.

On these days, our sales department is available for you for urgent spareparts and strap orders. In these cases, please use the following email addresses:
