Mosca opens learning factory in Waldbrunn

Since the beginning of 2018, the new learning factory of Mosca GmbH offers apprentices and students best training conditions with state-of-the-art equipment and plenty of space. A total of 48 young people learn skills ranging from electrical engineering to international technical sales management. On April 12, Managing Director Simone Mosca officially opened the learning factory in the presence of representatives from local politics, schools from the district and of the Employment Agency. An important component of the concept is the so-called junior factory, in which 41 apprentices and students of all departments will work together on real customer orders.

"With the new learning factory, we offer our young employees training at highest level," Simone Mosca explained at the opening. "They will not only acquire important basic skills such as machine and material processing, but they will also develop responsibility for independent projects. This makes them perfectly prepared for the tasks in our company - and thanks to optimally trained specialists at our locations, we can continue to think about important topics of the future such as networked production and Industry 4.0."
