New building, new structure for the department
The new Global Service Center is located close to Mosca's administrative buildings in Waldbrunn. This is where the employees of the Global Portfolio Management Service now work. “Our focus is on developing and implementing global quality standards as part of ONE Service, strengthening our sales and service units and the global service network,” says Michael Raule, Head of Global Portfolio Management Service. Twelve employees are dedicated to supporting and developing the global service hubs and maintaining high qualification standards for our technicians.
Global training center
The large training center has two multifunctional units that enable employees of ONE Service own service centers to be trained according with ONE Service quality standards and informed about the latest machine developments. The Global Training Center also trains customers in optimal product knowledge, regular maintenance and basic functionality for the correct and safe operation of Mosca machines.
Barbecue area as a social meeting point
A special highlight is the barbecue area in the outdoor area, where customers and employees can chat in a relaxed atmosphere after training sessions or during breaks.
Opening ceremony with international guests
The opening ceremony took place as part of the European Sales and Service Meeting. Service managers from the subsidiaries in France, Spain, Poland, Hungary, England, Benelux and Finland came to Waldbrunn to experience the new location in person. The event served as a platform for the exchange of ideas and experiences that will contribute to the further development of Mosca's high-quality service.
