Whistleblower Terms

By submitting a report through the Whistleblower Contact Form, you understand and agree to the following:

  1. To make a report through the Form, you are NOT REQUIRED to provide any personal data to Mosca, such as your name and contact information or even the name(s) of the individuals who are the subject of the report, but Mosca may not be able to follow-up on the case and/or provide any feedback or support to you.
  2. If you choose to submit your personal data to Mosca through the Form, YOU ARE GRANTING CONSENT to Mosca to disclose your identity to the individuals and/or entities who are named or described in your report, if such information is required to be disclosed for Mosca to meet its legal or compliance obligations, for example, for Mosca's compliance with court orders and/or with Art. 74 of the GDPR (Information to be provided where personal data have not been obtained from the data subject), or if you maliciously make a false report.
  3. Personal data submitted through the Form will be processed by Mosca and/or an independent 3rd party agent appointed by Mosca in accordance with Mosca's Privacy Terms to look into the allegations made.
  4. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Mosca shall take steps to put in place measures that Mosca deem necessary and reasonable to protect and minimise the chances of your identity and the identities of those individuals and/or entities who are described or named in your report from being revealed.
  5. You have the right to withdraw or change the consent which you have granted herein by writing to us at compliance@mosca.com, giving us at least 30 days prior written notice to effect the change. Please note that your withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of Mosca's processing based on consent before withdrawal.

If in doubt, please do not submit any personal data to us through the Form.
