Do Mosca have an Emergency Out-of-Hours service?
Yes, we do! 364 days per year which covers evenings, weekends and Bank / Public Holidays (excludes Christmas day)
We can despatch consumable products such as plastic strap, wrapping film and strapping machine spare parts and arrange for you to have a telephone consultation with one of our UK based engineers. We can also schedule an engineer to attend your site on a priority basis on the next working day.
To access this service please call: + 44 (0) 115 989 0209 and follow instructions. A charge of £300 per instance is applicable. Our Out-of-Hours service is available outside of standard times 24 hours a day, 364 days per year.
It is possible for PDF copies of machine manuals to be provided as part of the Out-of-Hours facility, however please be aware, additional charges may also apply for this facility.
Our standard service and after-care / working hours are 8:00am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
During those hours our experienced office based Service Team is on hand to assist with the identification of part numbers, provision of machine manuals and ordering certified Mosca spare parts. They can also arrange for Mosca engineers to attend your site for service work or to assist with breakdowns.
We also provide technical support during our standard hours which allows service contract holders to obtain advice and support through a telephone consultation with one of our engineers.
