Sustainable pallet strapping machine saves around 20% energy

Key selection criteria for the winners of the federal state of Baden-Württemberg's "100 Companies for Resource Efficiency" project were energy-efficient production processes and new materials. The award-winning, role-model enterprises include the Mosca GmbH. We impressed and convinced the panel of leading trade association representatives in Baden-Württemberg with a new pallet strapping machine that uses less strapping material and consumes around 20% less energy. CEO Timo Mosca and Chief Technical Officer Jürgen Beisel accepted the award from Baden-Württemberg's environment minister Franz Untersteller.

The award was presented to 50 companies at the Baden-Württemberg Resource Efficiency and Recycling Economy Congress in Karlsruhe. Award winners include companies from different industries. They are presented with best practice practical examples in the book "100 Companies for Resource Efficiency – Volume 1" published by Springer Verlag.
